Positive: The authenticity of the location, staff and their extra care and location- right in the heart ❤️ of Medina, walking distance to pretty much everything

Negative: Pool sewage was broken and infiltrating the bellow bathrooms :(

Positive: The property can’t be faulted, it’s a jewel. The staff overall were nice too.

Negative: It was not adapted to a mobility reduced person like me. (Which I had checked beforehand as it was the first time travelling on my own since the stroke) I was put on the 2nd floor ( my fault I had booked the room) but said that I would need help with the stairs (keep an eye on me) this was not done. I had my first fall in the riad. I was mostly in the riad by myself as Ibra liked to take naps in air-condition room ( it was hot) he wasn’t even speaking to me by the end of the holiday. The taxi driver charged 25€ which was quite expensive for the service offered (dropped off like any customer remembering I could not carry my bag)

Summary: It hindsight it might have been too early for me to travel
