Positive: The staff were exceptional, as was the breakfast they prepared, everywhere was very clean, comfy bed, beautiful roof terrace and decor throughout. Special thank you to Jamal, Abdullah, Fouzia and Leila
Negative: Almost faultless, but we did have a slight plumbing issue that they were unable to rectify however they went above and beyond to try and fix and to then compensate us we had a free couples massage which more than made up for it

Positive: We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location right in the Medina area. They even sent someone to meet our taxi and show us to the property since cars are not allowed in that area . The staff, especially Jamal and Hamin were super attentive and helpful always greeting us with smiles . Breakfast was lovely and the bed was our best mattress in Morocco! We stayed on the 2nd floor which was quieter as well. The rooftop is very nice as well. We would go back !

Negative: A good understanding of what is riad in marrakech medina is needed before to take decision to book and this was not very clear in the hotel description. Location is difficult to find, neighbourhood is safe, but feels like not. The rooms do not have windows to direct open air, the door could not be locked from inside, so very limited privacy. Problems with the WC and water pressure. All in all a bit overpriced.

Positive: Our stay at riad Bamaga was great! We stayed in the suite and this was wonderfull. The room is large, beautiful and super clean. The breakfast was varied and well prepared. We also had diner at the riad and a nice massage. A special thanks to Younes who was always very friendly, helpfull and polite. He took great care of us.

Positive: I liked the staff a lot, everybody was just kind and nice and even after my checkout I could stay there, until my transfer to the airport (also booked via the hotel) arrived. Everything went as well as it could, breakfast and dinner were delicious and the Suite was just a dream. I would highly recommend to stay there if you like the charme of a Riad and want to be close to the Medina but also other spots in the city. You walk like 20-30 minuten to either Jardin Majorelle or the Palais.

Positive: The staff was really nice and kind, especially Yunes, he was always available and they give you the possibility to get your breakfast earlier than what it supposed to be and you can have it also in the rooftop which is really beautiful. Also, we liked the location since it is near to the center.
Negative: The bed was little bit small for two persons, but the room was very spacious.
