Positive: Amin the staff, was very kind and very helpful. Always there to help.

Negative: The photos do not match the reality. The atrium is just an empty space with almost no furniture, only some wooden chairs. The rooms we stayed in were not in the pictures and were way worst than the ones who were. The stairs are also dangerous.

Positive: Had a great stay at this charming and peaceful property. With only a few rooms, it offers a quiet, intimate atmosphere and an old-world charm that's hard to find. I was pleasantly surprised to meet the owner—who happened to be visiting from another city—and he kindly helped me with my luggage. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and the breakfast was simple yet satisfying. Plus, the location is central and convenient for getting around. A lovely stay overall!

Negative: The only minor issue was that the main door was a bit tricky to lock, but aside from that, everything was excellent. A lovely stay overall!

Positive: The Riad is over 200 years old. It was a great experience to stay at a UNESCO heritage site. The Riad is being renovated at this moment (May 2025), but you can still feel the magic of the place. The staff is great! Jad, the owner, always made sure that we had a safe and comfortable experience in Fez.

Negative: The stairs! Because it's a UNESCO heritage site, they have not been able to renovate the stairs and some of the steps are very tall.

Positive: This place is the best! The staff is super helpful, they helped me with the luggage, served breakfast at the time I wanted, ordered a transfer for me early in the morning. The room was huge and clean. The location is perfect, the riad is right in the heart of the city, yet it's very quiet and comfortable to sleep at night. There is a fantastic terrace on the top with the city view. I would rate it 11/10 if I could!

Negative: The entrance might be a bit challenging to find, cos it's located on the other side of the building; and the stairways inside the riad are quite steep and narrow. But these are not the real problems because of the helpful staff that assists you!
