Positive: The location is very good in the old town, but still close to guilliz the new town. The staff that looked after our every need were amazing from the welcome to the daily interactions with Osama and Layla. Thank you very much for making our stay feel like a home away from home.

Positive: The staff were super polite, positive and helpful! They made the stay in the riad really pleasant. The young lady even escorted us to the taxi pick-up point close to the riad. Great people! The room was clean. The pool is small and cozy, very good to use in the hot weather. The rooftop terrace is very well maintained and lovely to spend time on. The riad is located in a small street in the Medina. The breakfast was very delicious. All in all a very good accommodation choice.

Positive: During our stay, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with local products (pancakes, flatbreads, fruitjams...), moroccan tea anytime. Location inside a narrow street of the Medina, but close to a Medina gate, therefore just a short walk to catch a taxi (no problem even with suitcases). Relatively small, very cosy and authentically decorated riad!
Negative: Since it is a riad - with rooms around inner courtyard - be prepared to hear everything in it:-) Not a particular inconvenience, just a feature.

Positive: Rooftop area was very nice. Had a pool which was clean. It was friendly, quiet and pleasant
Negative: Air con didn't work, wasnt allowed to pay with card at the end so had to go with a staff member to a cash machine as we were planning on leaving to the airport. Note that the riad did have a card machine to pay via card but I was advised it wasnt their preference so had to rush to a cash machine.
