Summary: Great location for getting around the centre of Marrakech on foot. This is an old building and I would describe it as rustic with traditional courtyards with nice places to sit. The roof terrace furniture could do with updating. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in an unusual but functional bathroom. Contact with the hotel was not great, the owner only spoke/read French, the manager speaks/reads English but was slow responding and not always available. The staff were friendly and helpful once we were there.

Summary: Ossamma and the other staff were excellent. Place is quiet ( not noisy) since it is not a main street so it is good for sleeping. A little hard to find but organized transportation with the hotel ahead of time. To be clear, not all rooms have AC which was fine when i was there because it was cool at night. Note that the place is not a 4 star hotel by north american or european standards even some of the ratings show it as a 4 star. However, beautiful place with great courtyards and a rooftop patio. Good value for the price.

Summary: This property is dull and scruffy. It needs a complete refurbishment. The room rates are the highest we have paid the rooms are basic and tired.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay here with my two children. Right in the heart of the old town medina. It was an amazing experience. The staff were so helpful and managed all our requirements. Especially ousama, ismail and the girls.

Summary: The riad is very beautiful and quiet. The staff were helpful with suggestions and transportation when needed. Breakfast was convenient and a good deal. We enjoyed the pool and the rooftop terrace immensely.

Summary: Excellent friendly service with every effort made to meet our needs. Beautiful space, with parts under renovation though this didn’t affect our stay. Value for money. Good all round.

Summary: Stay was amazing, on arrival we were upgraded by the brilliant Ousamma, who looked after us the whole time. Great stay would 100% recommend if you are looking for a stay in the old town on Marrakech.

Summary: we had a lovely stay with two couples in this Riad. Just 10 minute walk to the big square. The manager Othman was very polite, he give us many tips for visiting Marrakesh . He also showed us the first evening the way to walk to the big square. We recommand this hotel to everybody also a good breakfast.
