8 Bedroom Villa in Marrakech

New weekend offer: 2 nights and 3 days starting at € 1100 for 8 people. Calm area, very private. Ty Coz Villa is 450 sq.m and the property is 4500 sq.m and full of trees. It is close to Marrakech. Week-long rentals can start any day of the week. 16 people.
13 km from the Koutoubia Mosque, 9 km from golf courses, 1 km from an equestrian centre, 170 km from the sea, 10 km from the Ménara and Majorelle gardens, 70 km from the Ourika Valley and the Atlas Mountains.
This large property is filled with flowers and many different types of trees, including orange trees, olive trees, and palm trees. There is also a boules court, ping-pong table,
and a large infinity swimming pool (16 x 5.5 m).
There will be someone to meet you at the airport and accompany you to the villa.
A chef will be available to prepare your meals at a cost of € 15 per day for 8 people and € 25 per day for 9-16 people (you would just have to buy the groceries). There are large grocery stores nearby, such as Metro (7 km away), Marjane and Carrefour (both 12 km away). In addition, we are now offering to do the shopping for free upon request.
A cleaning lady cleans the bedrooms and bathrooms every day so you can get the most out of your holiday. There is a bus stop about 900 m away at the end of the paved pathway, and taxis come right to the villa. We are now offering a massage service upon reservation.
We can organize a Moroccan evening for you with Méchoui (barbecued whole lamb) and Moroccan entertainers.

This house was built in 2012 and is located 13 km from Marrakech on the Route de Fès. The villa boasts 8 bedrooms (7 of which have private bathrooms and WCs), a large living room, dining room and kitchen. It is completely equipped and also has 1 cot and 2 extra beds, and can accommodate up to 16 people. The property stretches over 4500 sq.m including the garden. It is surrounded by a 2 m-high wall, offering you much privacy and the opportunity to enjoy the large 16 x 5.5 m pool.
We also offer the following baby items: car seat, high chair, folding playpen, pushchair, 2 cots, and everything needed for the pool.

Summary: There’s so much to say about this villa that I couldn’t really say in one paragraph. We were 18 adults and 3 children of 4 families who have been going on holidays together for a long time. We had such a marvelous stay in TYCOZ, even with the language barrier. Nothing that google translate couldn’t do. The villa itself is set in an amazing olive and lemon orchard. Soo beautiful and pretty. After a day of sightseeing to jump into the beautiful clean pool all set up with loungers and clean towels everyday,that’s 5 stars there already. The rooms were always clean and tidy and the staff did it in such a way that they didn’t encroach on our privacy. The rooms were always clean. The sitting areas inside the villa and outside were so nice. The young adults played games in one and us older ones chatted around the most delicious Moroccan tea served at anytime by the staff. Hot water and ac always working. Beds were so so comfortable. Even though we were a big group we never felt cramped as there was more than enough room for everyone. Hamid the manager and his team are just exceptional people. They were ever so mindful of us. He was always there any time of day or night, opening the gate for the stragglers. We would decide the previous night the schedule for the next day and everything worked like clockwork. Meals were on the table sharp on time. Tables were cleared and tea served Moroccan style. We were just blown away by their hospitality and the way they looked after us.Blessings

Summary: Incredible experience and Villa, everything was on point and would go back again or recommend to anyone who what’s a villa holiday... I went with my wife and family and my 2 friends and their families. We all loved it! The food provided by the onsite chefs was amazing and the caretaker Hamid was so helpful and accommodating. He got us shopping and taxis and gave us tips on where to go with family and adults. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay at Ty Coz villa and look forward to returning in the near future. The villa is much bigger than the pictures on website shows and extremely well cleaned. Thank you Hamid and all the lovely staff at the villa.

Summary: The villa worked perfectly for our family of 8 adults and 8 children with an age range of 6-14. The villa, pool and grounds were well maintained and ideal for our use. Anne- Marie was very helpful before our visit and having the on-site assistance of Hamid made organisation of our week very easy. We also used the services of the cook for the week who, with supporting staff was excellent. We were celebrating my wife's birthday for which it was a great location and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Summary: The house, pool, food, service, and the entire staff were outstanding, making us want to return. The only warning I have is if someone in your group doesn't have a grasp of the French language, Morocco may be a bit challenging. The house… The pictures don’t do it justice, it was spectacular and allowed room for our group of 14 to spread out and enjoy each other’s company or find a secluded place to relax. The pool was always clean and ready. In the gardens are a bocce pit, badminton, and Ping-Pong. Our kids, ranging from ages 6 to 16, enjoyed the activity options. All the rooms were spacious and included bathrooms , adding to the comfort. The food… My wife downloaded the top 10 things to taste in Morocco and our cooks made sure we tried every one of them without us asking. We went shopping with the cooks on the first day to pay for what they needed for the week and they did the rest. All the food we had was fresh and homemade. I couldn’t believe what they were able to accomplish for 600 Euro of groceries for 14 people over 8 days. Not once did we go hungry! The ladies provided us with some of the recipes for our favorite dishes. Hamid… Hamid is the villa manager and ensured that our stay was great in every aspect. The best thing that he did was to coordinate all of our day trips. We told him where we wanted to go and he would arrange what time we would be picked up (with English-speaking guides). The trips plus guides were very inexpensive, and we paid at the end of the week. We were nervous about the low price, but there was no catch. In Marrakech, we were given other guides to help us navigate the souks and other places where, as tourists, you always wonder if you are going to be able to safely navigate. The guide helped us negotiate with vendors and told us if we were getting a good deal or not. At the end of our trip it was hard for all of us to leave. It felt like we were saying goodbye to family. This group of amazing people made our vacation an unforgettable experience that we will never forget. We truly loved our experience and highly recommend it!

Summary: This villa is exceptionally amazing! It's like a castle. I love their big pool. What's cool about this property is that it's so big, yet very private. The person in charge was also very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it's a classy villa with great service.
