Positive: Abdul looked after us with care, thought and imagination. He organised transfers to the airport, excursions, gave great suggestions for where and what to do and made sure he was available at any time. His riad is in a very good location within the medina: within a minute or two of the centre yet quiet and safe to return to. It is excellent vfm.
Negative: The weather! It was bitterly cold and wet for half the time we were there.

Positive: The riad was absolutely gorgeous - beautifully and thoughtfully decorated inside to reflect Fes ! The room was also very comfortable. The host could not have been kinder - he guided me through the Medina to the riad when I arrived in Fes and gave many shopping/sightseeing/restaurant recommendations that were great. Was a very friendly person whom made me feel welcomed. The taxi service to the station booked through him was also great. Highly recommend!!

With only five rooms, each one carrying its own story of Fes, you feel both held and transported. Even the stairs echo the architecture of the ancient Madrasa nearby, reminding you constantly of the city’s legacy. This beautiful home is filled with history and soul, the atmosphere is intimate, warm, and authentic. The owner Abdel make you feel like family — his kindness defines the entire experience. Breakfast, freshly prepared each morning by his wife with local ingredients, feels like a loving gesture, not just a meal. The rooftop terrace is breathtaking. You can see 180° views of the Medina, historic walls, and the sunrise lighting up Fes. It’s peaceful, magical, and deeply memorable. If you want a stay filled with authenticity, warmth, and a sense of stepping back in time, the Riad Kirami is perfect. A truly heart-touching experience.

Positive: Wonderful host- Abdu was proactive, warm, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay. He gave us recommendations of what to see in the city. He arranged us a taxi with his brother from the bus station. He recommended a very nice restaurant for dinner and made us a breakfast to go when we were leaving early in the morning. He was full of genuine passion and enthusiasm for running his riad. Every room had a different theme and is beautifully decorated. It had air con/heating and the WiFi is good. Breakfast was very tasty. The beds were very comfortable!
Negative: Nearly everything was clean and worked well but we found a couple of hairs on our bedsheets.

Positive: Abdul has created an amazing space with jaw-dropping woodworking details and historical artifacts. He beams with pride in his accomplishment (as he should). He was a perfect host. He said he was available to us for any reason 24 hours a day. He was happy to arrange tours and cars for us. It was a good, quiet location, a short distance from the hustle and bustle of the blue gate, but also not too far from a different gate for taxi drop-off, etc.

Positive: We have never stayed anywhere like this! The best place we stayed in Morocco. If you don’t stay here when you get to Fes, you are missing out! Abdi was the most wonderful host. Our breakfast was delicious and he even sent us away with a packed one when we had an early morning. He showed us around Fes and always was kind & helpful. The interior is so beautiful- we loved everything about our stay- and you will too!
Negative: Nothing- it was perfect.

Positive: The place is absolutely stunning and is arranged with a lot of love and attention to detail. The staff (abdu) does anything he can to make you feel confortable at home. The bed and linings are top quality, and that is not common in morroco. The value is incredible, you get much more than what you pay for.
Negative: This is an old house in the medina, it's cold in winter and there is a foul smell that leaks in. the host is extremely nice but is in tourism business, he recommended a very expensive and honestly pretty bad restaurant.
