Positive: The property is cosy and clean. The staff is helpful. They clean every day and smile all the time. There is good wi fi. The rooms are spacious with AC.
Negative: It is situated in the beginning of the Medina and it is a little bit far away from everything about 15-20 mins on foot. There are riads which are closer on the same price. The AC is installed right over the beds and you cannot use it while sleeping. It’s a little bit noisy because it’s not soundproof and the area is busy.
Summary: Nice staff, clean rooms, but far from central area and noisy.

Positive: Heartwarming and welcoming, that’s the two words I can think of to describe this place. It truly feels like a home for travelers in Marrakech and everything about it would make you feel like coming back again. The breakfast here every morning is a perfect start of a day. Anyone can find something to their taste and the coffee is amazing. We thank everyone that worked their best in this place to make us feel comfortable and they definitely made our trip much more convenient, especially Ahmed, super responsible and efficient. Finally, special thanks to the cutest cat Mleico. He brought us uncountable joy and happiness and we hope he stays curious and adventurous forever.

Positive: Staff very kind and courteous.
Negative: Although location is good to access Medina Square walking. The little streets were full of trash and people did not seem to care about their surroundings. This is not the Riad’s fault. It is the local government who should do more to encourage people to clean their pri.

Positive: Riad Dar Tuscia is a beautifully appointed riad and was a very relaxing experience for me. I was traveling solo and felt very comfortable and safe the entire stay! Ahmed and the other staff were very warm and welcoming. Ahmed’s English is excellent which was an added bonus for me coming from the U.S. The rooms were very clean and the bed gave me a wonderful sleep. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful both mornings. The area is walkable to most of the key attractions. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here on a future visit.
Negative: Everything was perfect.

Positive: The riad was clean, spacious and the staff were great. It's around a 25min walk to main the main square but you walk through different souks on the way which was nice. The showers had hot water which was a nice touch. Breakfast was ok, usually fried eggs. Some bread jam, peanut butter, and pancakes. For the price it is great if you love walking.

Positive: The staff were very welcoming and accommodating! Ahmed was able to arrange transfers around the city and airport as well as our hammam experience in the Riad! (highly recommended during your stay!) The roof terrace was my morning location for some yoga and reading a book! The breakfast was was great and included local breads, omelette and olives. We would have enjoyed more of a classic Moroccan breakfast instead of croissants and pancakes but recognise it was catering for a lot of continental Europeans that prefer less spicy North African foods. The riad's location in the Medina was classic Marrakesh and walkable to the key destinations of the city, such as the tombs and gardens. Ahmed will help guide you on arrival with a pot of mint tea. A 5min walk will get you to cheap local food and more traditional restaurants you will find on Google! If you like alcohol, some Carrefour's will stock but otherwise enjoy the mint tea detox!
Negative: We enjoyed it all! I recommend it to any true traveller wanting to experience Marrakesh! Nothing negative to say!
