Summary: The service was impeccable! Marcos went above & beyond to make our stay not only enjoyable, but that he made us feel like family (checking on our desires & anticipating our every need). He assisted with moving our bags into our room when we arrived & left. All of the staff was extremely responsive & we were happy to show off the beautiful facilities to our tour mates that we met in the Medina. We would highly recommend & would definitely stay again on our next trip 💜

Summary: First and foremost, the finest service and staff around! We are grateful to Marcos, Obama, Elias, Hassania, and all the staff behind the scenes who made our stay exceptional and memorable. The riad itself is beautiful and full of charm, the room was nicely sized, the bathroom and shower was very nice, and the riad is in a very convenient location. As two women travelers, we felt safe and very well taken care of. The food was delicious as well, albeit a bit pricey. Highly recommend this riad.

Summary: Our family stayed here for two nights and it was extraordinary! Everyone was so gracious and willing to help us. If we come back to Fes, we’ll definitely stay here. The Riad is an arts and crafts beauty!

Summary: The riad is beautiful. I had a comfortable room, the service was more than friendly and went out of the way to help me get to my various trips, and even arranged a ride to the airport for me at 5 am. I didn't have the pleasure of dining there for anything more than breakfast, but even that was delicious.

Summary: Loved my stay at Riad El Yacout. The riad is beautiful and historic. The staff was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect for exploring Fes. I highly recommend a stay here! My only complaint was there was a cockroach creeping around my room. I know it's an old building in an old city, so not much you can do about that, but I didn't love it haha.

Summary: Wonderful staff including host Marcos, and Abdou, Zyiad, and Yahya. They make sure your needs are met. The riad itself is beautiful and the rooms are well appointed. Stepping inside is like entering a book. If you don't feel like adventuring for meals, the food is excellent.

Summary: We spend 2 nights in this splendid and beautifully maintained Riad. The staff are helpful and friendly; they arranged a guide to show us around Fes. We also had a Hammam and massage in their spa, which was lovely. Food is good and they have a bar, so you can get a beer or glass of wine. I would stay here again

Summary: The staff was wonderful but our check-in was not great as the first room did not have a functioning AC. We had to switch rooms a couple of times, then got a free upgrade.

Summary: The Riad El Yacout is a larger scale Riad very centrally located to the Medina and Blue Gate. The property is well appointed. The rooms are nice and mostly modern but lack small touches such as coffee service, kettle, safe and adequate shelving. The breakfast was decent. The highlight of the Riad El Yacout is the personnel. All staff were gracious and very helpful whether arranging transport, arranging knowledgeable guides for touring around the Medina or hauling heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs. Particular kudos to Marcos and Khadijah who went above and beyond to help us. Overall, our stay at Riad El Yacout was very pleasant and we would return.
