Positive: Loved the peacefulness of this Riad. Truly got to relax and slow down.
Negative: Staff went MIA on more than a couple occasions. Maybe this was due to the fact that we were the only guests staying there? Regardless, everyone was very polite, kind, and welcoming

Positive: The property itself was so beautiful. The interiors were done out beautifully, making it feel so inviting and peaceful. The location is around a 25 minute walk to the main square and the property provides you a relaxing ambience away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. The rooms were spaciousness fully air conned and had such comfortable beds! As for the staff, they were so inviting and accommodating making the Riad feel like home. Meriem was so kind and friendly, preparing us the most delicious breakfasts every morning tailored to our preferences. It was very much appreciated that ok the day we had an early excursion, she even packed us a breakfast to go. One night we ordered dinner at the Riad and would have to say it was one of the best meals we had during our time in Marrakesh. The lamb tagine was cooked to perfection and the lentils were delicious. The rest of the staff were very accommodating as well. Notably Hamoud and Younes who assisted us in all our questions, assisted with our luggage and ensured our itinerary was as best as it could be during our time in Marrakesh. I would most certainly recommend and book again next time I’m in Marrakesh.

Positive: The riad is as stunning as the photos, but that is not the main highlight of my stay. I cannot even put into words how attentive and amazing every single member of staff is. The team here are genuinely the most kind, amazing set of people & they are one of my favourite parts of my whole Marrakesh experience. Younes, oussama and Hamouda - the way you made me smile everyday & welcomed me like your sister was truly heartwarming. When my brother joined me in the riad a couple days later he felt exactly the same and I can’t forget Ahmed who provided the taxis , he answers WhatsApp in minutes and is very helpful and a lovely joy to be around too. As a lone female at the beginning (until others joined) I was met and taken to my taxis even at 3-4am. The staff could not have done more. I have seen reviews that say the riad is a 10-15 min walk from taxi drop off , this isn’t true it’s 2 / 3 minutes maximum . Meriem provided the most delicious and pretty breakfasts and always has a smile that lights up the room. My room was spotless , comfortable and beautiful overlooking the pool. If you are thinking of coming here I could not recommend it more. Other than how beautiful the riad is come here for the staff - they are like a second family and I will miss them a lot .
