Positive: Very friendly staff that were incredibly helpful. The property is a traditional guest house and you are treated like a long lost friend or family member. It was lovely. They left us to our own devices but were there to interact and help when needed. Lovely breakfast which could be taken on the roof terrace. The room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The location felt safe and the accommodation was locked at all times.

Positive: Very well placed not far from the souks and main place but in quite area. The property is great and all the people working there amazing!
Negative: A bit noisy the morning but nothing that would have been distracting

Positive: Riad Hikaya is a beautiful Riad, the décor is stunning and the indoor pool and loungers on the roof were very welcome after a long day walking in the town and around the souks. Wadia and his team are exceptional, he really went the extra mile to ensure all our expectations were met, from booking airport transfers to arranging a tour guide and booking restaurants for us. Nada always welcomed us on the roof for breakfast with a beautiful smile, the breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruits, yoghurts, pastries and hot food if you desired - sets you up for the day. The Riad is about a 10-15 min walk from the main square but the walk up there is an experience in itself, you get the feeling of real Marrakesh. Highly recommend a stay at this place.
Negative: Nothing really! The place was great and I would definitely return there. The Riad is at the lower end of the Kasbah and we enjoyed being outside of the main area as it was quieter.
Summary: Beautiful riad in walking distance to the main square with an excellent host and team.
