Summary: Wonderful staff but our room is dark, smelly and molds are on the wall of the shower room. Also the bedsheets smell like it hasn’t dried up properly!

Summary: We visited in the last week of August as a family vacation (4). Riad Letchina was a beautiful experience, from the service to the food and the exquisite architecture. Totally recommend the in house cooking by Fatema, absolutely delicious.

Summary: Stay was great room was nice breakfast was great best breakfast in 3 stays around Morocco. the Ryad was in the Medina however a very sleepy part which took about 10 to 15 minutes to get to where the shops and restaurants were located

Summary: Very interesting. Provided a meal onarrival at 8:30 pm - very kind. enjoyed a lot. A riad is sort of a home or bed and breakfast - not a hotel very characterful. felt safe. thanks

Summary: Very kind staff that gave me all the support, informations and very cool reception with a good mint tea. The parking is on the street but easy to find place to park. Also a good location and in 10/15 minutes walk youbare on the medina. Could improove the bathroom comodities and also blankets and towels could be improoved but the values benefit is real good and fair. Nice rooftop view also

Summary: We were dropped off by our driver and met by a person from the hotel who escorted us to the Riad. We were welcomed with Mint Tea and given the option to have dinner. The Riad also has the ability to book tours with the Medina of Fez with experienced guides. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a wonderful view from the top showing just how complex the Medina is. The host was so kind and welcoming and helped my mom down the stairs to breakfast. This is an excellent place to stay in Fes, and I would highly recommend it. Thank you so much!

Summary: It was a splendid little Riad tucked away down a tiny alleyway in the old town. Difficult to find without help. We hired a man with a luggage trolley to guide us which I’d really recommend. The accommodation and breakfast were both exactly what we’d hoped expected. Egg, bread and cake - along with jams and marmalades served with plenty of coffee. Only slight niggle was that I’d inadvertently booked for one person, not a couple. When I realised this I got in touch and corrected my mistake. The manager said this wouldn’t be a problem and he’d be happy to welcome him. But when we arrived there was apparent consternation about the extra person and a demand for more money (150 DAR) to cover the extra breakfast. It would have been preferable to have been told about this in advance. But as I say - only a minor annoyance. The staff were also good enough to arrange a taxi to take us to the train station.
