Positive: Pierre and Christelle are a very nice and welcoming couple. They have welcomed us warmly, made us feel comfortable immediately. Rabia, a member of the staff, is so sweet too and caring. The place is clean, met our expectations, the rooms are nice and got all the furniture u need (and even more). I've got to admit that they thought of every small detail to make the stay comfortable. The food was delicious, from starters to dessert (Pierre has golden hands). We didn't swim because we were there for one night only, but the swimming pool looked veery nice. We were all (6 of us) unanimous. We will definitely come back. (Its close to the airport, but honestly, there only 4 flights a day i think, we didn't hear anything while sleeping, so don't worry). I will definitely come back if i visit Ouarzazate again.

Positive: A nice family run riad on the route between Dades and Marrakech. We stayed only one night, but it was very nice. There's a pool and outdoor sitting area if you're interested. Our room was comfortable. I think this was our best breakfast of our whole 18 day trip. So much delicious food! There isn't much to see or walk to in the area around the riad, but it was good for what we needed; a place to relax before heading on.

Negative: As with almost every other place we stayed, the beds are just too hard. One hard pillow per person did not help.

Summary: A nice stop on your roadtrip between Dades and Marrakech

Positive: Truly wonderful people run this Riad. They are generous and willing to help with anything. The owner, Peter, even arranged for my birthday dinner reservation and then drove us to and then picked us up. They assisted with our day trips and serve wonderful food. The rooms are quiet and clean and very comfortable. The shared spaces are very nice and varied, from different set-ups around the pool, to a rooftop terrace and a living room area.

Negative: Nothing was bad, we would highly recommend staying here. I was able to pay ahead of time on booking.com and didn't realize they only take cash for dinners and taxes. I was caught short when leaving, and our driver was waiting. It might be nice to explain a bit more when doing the welcome. Or send a welcome note through booking and remind folks about the cash and also promote everything you offer as services. I realize it may say it on booking.com, but its hard to recall those types of details when you book months in advance.

Positive: The hotel is excellently located, very conveniently close to all the attractions, but the most important thing about the hotel is the owners, Pierre and Christelle , who were very helpful. The hotel's breakfasts and dinners are worthy of a Michelle star.
