Summary: Amazing stay! Really fantastic spa, loved the Hammam baths. Overall really nice hotel, great breakfast, nice ambiance, clean and big room.

Summary: Such a beautiful riad! The comfort and hospitality is incredible! The staff, managers and owners went out of their way to make it a truly special stay! Loved the interior design and the fabulous roof top terrace!

Summary: Beautiful and well maintained property. It’s hidden but close to the Medina. Staff were the best, most courteous and accommodating. Redwrn is most helpful and friendly- the best host!

Summary: My mother and I had the most wonderful stay at Riad Rafaele! The location is absolutely perfect, a bit hidden from the rustle and bustle of the medina but simultaneously situated within a short walking distance to most of the main attractions and popular restaurants. The neighborhood was also perfect for stumbling upon all sorts of souk gems. But by far the best part of staying here was the warm welcome and daily accommodations provided by the staff and hotel owners. My mother and I have never felt safer and more well taken care of at another hotel and for that we are very grateful. Thank you Riad Rafaele for a setting the sweetest tone for a trip of a lifetime!

Summary: Even the French can’t find anything to criticise about Riad Rafaele! A little oasis of peace in the middle of the busy Medina. The staff is amazing and always goes the extra mile to accommodate. The bedrooms are large, clean and welcoming and the massages very needed after a long day walking in the Souk. Definitely recommend this property.

Summary: Our stay in Riad Rafaele was amazing. The riad is very well located, literally some steps from the souk, but it remains calm, I had the impression to leave in the country side. The staff and owners are very friendly and helpful. We received a lot of helpful tips from everyone. We had the chance to book a massage, best decision ever, it was amazing. I loved the decoration of the riad, it is bright and full of light. A big thanks to Thomas, Valerie & the staff for their hospitality 😊
