Positive: Staff were very helpful . Younness was responsive as was the man in reception.. Staff very very nice and helpful but the riad needs some investment Very Understaffed at breakfast. Poor man really couldn’t cope alone. He had nobody to help him I wanted a cup of tea which took half an hour. He was managing breakfast for 4 people, a guest checkout and a guest check in all at the same time. Walkable to all in medina. - But scary down the alleyways on approach to the Riad but opens out onto pleasant enough Riad. I wouldn’t want to return there without my husband. This is not for single women. Nice roof top
Negative: No kettle or fridge in the room. I booked a family size room but it felt squashed so no idea what the other are like It was clean enough but felt shabby.

Positive: The place lived up to the description and pictures, and the staff were all absolutely amazing and went out of their way to be helpful (in particular Sam who also gave us directions for city). The breakfast was great, the room cleaning was timely and we really enjoyed the pool. Overall, the place is value for money and I would highly recommend it. Andrea K
Negative: It would of been helpful to have a small fridge in the room, but the staff did let us leave our drinks in their main fridge to keep them cool.

Positive: A beautiful l Riad in a great part of the medina. Sam and Youness are wonderful hosts and go out of their way to help with whatever you may need. We felt right at home.

Positive: The Riad was beautiful, as seen in the pictures, and in a very good location within a few minutes distance from the market. The best thing was for sure the staff and their hospitality. Sam and the rest of the people made us feel like home and helped us a lot with any questions, queries for taxis and tips for going around. I highly recommend this place and for sure I would visit it again!
