Positive: The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the place truly reflects an authentic vibe. The breakfast is good.

Negative: The superior room and bathroom are very small, and the lack of windows makes the space quite uncomfortable, that’s why it doesn’t meet my expectations. The location is also a bit far from most places, so getting around usually requires a taxi or InDrive. Additionally, the area is not well known, which can make it difficult for drivers to find you easily.

Positive: The location. They arranged airport transport for us, so our arrival was smooth and easy. Youssef was waiting to walk us to the riad even though we arrived at 1:30am, which we really appreciated. After that, it was easy to find because it’s close to a main road and not buried deep in the souk maze. The area felt relaxed and much less touristy, with places nearby to buy food and drink at normal prices, while still being only about a 20-minute walk or a short taxi ride to the souk. The service was definitely the highlight of our stay. Khalil was especially helpful. We arrived during an unexpected heat wave in May. He arranged a driver to show us the modern parts of the city by car so we could avoid walking too much in the heat. He also helped us find the perfect Agafay desert excursion with a pool when we needed a break from the city. He anticipated our needs and was attentive to every request. The A/C worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and very generous. The hammam in the riad is modest, but they offer additional services. The bathroom was outside the room, though it was completely private and had its own key.

Negative: The place was clean enough, but a wouldn’t say super clean. I did not feel very warmly welcome as I expected. I felt almost like we were an intrusion they weren’t prepared for but were trying to deal with. No, we were not a last minute booking.

Positive: The team working in this Riad is Exceptional! Very friendly, accommodating , and willing to help us with everything we needed. They made our stay very pleasant. The riad is very nicely furnished and decorated, with big comfortable beds, and it's very clean. The breakfast was prepared on the spot with a great variety of crepes, eggs, and local produce.

Negative: The location is not bad but is not great either. With a baby, we had to commute in taxis to the old city (8-10 minutes drive). Walking there was also possible for around 25 minutes, but we didn't try it.

Positive: A lovely RIAD, a bit far from the kasbah and the walled city, though this was a quieter and less busy location as a result. The staff were friendly and helpful, though not as conversant with English and French as we would have prefered. The breakfasts were outstanding and mega enjoyable on the open rooftoo when weather petmitted.

Negative: The entrancw from an alley may feel unsafe to some travelers. The street urchins are always in the alley and converge on the entrance when guests approach, demanding handouts.

Positive: I love the hospitality. It was out of this world. We had Khalil take care of us and give us the ultimate experience in both the Moroccan hospitality and kindness. The breakfast was super delicious and they accommodated for my dietary restrictions. It was beyond my expectations. Thank you so much Khalil. You are a true host. Highly recommend Riad Tislite & Spa

Negative: Nothing really. The property itself is very clean and serene and as soon as you will get there, you will feel like you have just entered a zen zone. But before getting there you might have doubts because the location is a bit far away from the action of the touristic areas. Yet once you enter, you’ll enjoy your stay.
