Negative: No cleaning products. Minimal kitchen bits Dirty glasses. Dirty clothes and tea towels in the washing machine. Very uncomfortable bed and sofa.

Positive: Riber view barn was a home away from home. With stunning views and creature comforts we are looking to go back again. The host left us a cake and a small milk which was so considerate . Even our puppy enjoyed the space.

Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like. However, a few DIY jobs could be done before the next guests. The door handle to the bathroom needs tightening, and a stopper could be put on the door of the first bedroom on the left. It swings and bangs on the radiator.

Positive: great location and very clean, great for a walking holiday and only 10 minutes by car to Matlock , lovely pub near by the Tansley taven serving great food , the cottage is dog friendly and there was some cake on arrival and some dog treats for the dogs
