You will enjoy the peaceful vista from this elevated 4 bedroom family home with wraparound balcony and views across the Richmond Plains, Tasman Bay and Rabbit Island. The property is located walking distance (hill) of just over 1km from central Richmond. There are several mountain biking trails and hill walks in the vicinity.
All day sunshine with the ever changing views of sea tides and mountains.
The dining room, living area and master bedroom all have external sliding doors opening onto the balcony.
There is 1 large bathroom with shower, double vanity and toilet, and a 2nd separate toilet/powder room. 2 bedrooms are upstairs on the same level as the bathroom & living areas, and 2 bedrooms are downstairs.
Off street parking is available for 2 vehicles. Our house is located on a quiet culdesac. The section is private with a spa/hot tub located on the deck off the dining room.
Unlimited fibre internet is available for use, and freeview available on the smart TV in the lounge.
For the kids, there is a trampoline and slide.
This house is a great central base for groups/ families to explore our beautiful Tasman region.
Bed linen and bath and spa towels are provided.

Summary: This place exceeded our expectations. It lived up to the pictures and was the perfect getaway spot for a few nights after New Years. Great location with plenty of privacy. The spa and balcony views were a bonus.

Summary: Spacious, clean and bright with a lovely view. Kitchen was well-equipped, working BBQ, plenty of towels, and a good laundry. Kids loved the trampoline and we all made good use of the spa pool. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms had plenty of storage. Handy to Countdown and Richmond shops.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay for our mountain bike trip, enjoying the hot tub and living space. The host was kind enough to let us use the garage to secure bikes which was hugely appreciated.

Summary: Property is spectacular and perfect position for travel on highways to different bays! Bunks are great for kids but not ideal for adult bodies. Would do good to change the Loft bed to a regular one with a good mattress. Same for bunks. Otherwise a well appointed home with gorgeous views and wonderful Spa pool. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Summary: Our family of 3 had a lovely stay in this home. We loved the views from the deck, the hot tub, and all the natural light throughout the space. Our 7 year old LOVED the trampoline and all the toys and books available for them to play with (thank you!). It's a great space for a families. The host was prompt with communication and flexible with us which I appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to Richmond/Nelson area again. Heads up that having a car makes accessing the space much easier. It's in a quiet residential area.
