Bahama Breeze villa is a beach-front townhouse in a gated and child-friendly community located in Palm Cay, New Providence, The Bahamas. The Palm Cay community offers tennis courts, children's playground and pools which you can use while you are here.
Bahama Breeze is a luxury villa having 3 beautiful bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms and will sleep 6. The comfortable villa provides the perfect destination for the vacation of a lifetime! This villa is unique at Palm Cay. It has its own private garden with barbecue, hammock, shaded eating area.
Bahama Breeze is 2,200 square foot on 2 floors of luxury offering several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including free wi-fi internet, and a beautiful beach. The gorgeous brand new villa features travertine tile floors downstairs and on the upper floors. Bahama Breeze villa is air conditioned throughout with central ducted air conditioning.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, lovely décor and an en-suite bathroom. Step out to the balcony that looks over a beautiful pristine white sand beach and the famous Bahamian waters. There is a second bedroom on the same level and is furnished with 1 queen bed.. The third bedroom has a double bed and shares an en-suite bathroom with a shower which is shared with bedroom 2.
The washrooms are equipped with additional amenities such as hairdryers. The downstairs floor has a powder room.
The living room at Bahama Breeze villa is spacious and features very comfortable sofas, lovely decorations and beautiful fabrics and tiled flooring. The entertainment system includes a large flat screen offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as internet, music The home is also stocked with board games and a small number of books.
The swimming pool at Bahama Breeze is a shared facility and is very spacious, surrounded by an expansive deck. Comfortable lounges are placed on the deck for relaxing after a swim or for simply soaking in the sun. The table and chairs on the deck can be a good place for evening drinks or even for a candle lit intimate dinner.
The kitchen at Bahama Breeze is fully-equipped with a refrigerator and all essential appliances, and has a fresh and bright look. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Guests at the villa can simply take a short stroll to the club house and enjoy meals or a drink. The club house offers music night of Fridays and barbeque day on Sunday. Be sure to check with the club for further details or any additional activities. The marina in the complex offers several water-based activities, such as charter tours, boat rentals, snorkeling and much more.
The villa is located 30 minute drive from Nassau's international airport and within 10 minutes from downtown Nassau and Paradise Island. Arrangements for airport pick up to and from the airport can also be made for guests at the time of the booking. .
There is an extra fee charged by Palm Cay for access to the Member's Pool, Beach and Members Bar. This entitles you to use the Palm Cay Club member's beach, member's bar and the member's pool. Remember too that there is an additional fee paid to Palm Cay for use of gym, water equipment such as kayaks and paddle boards. and tennis equipment. The access fee is optional, If you decide to opt into the programme your fee must be paid to Palm Cay after your arrival. You can of course use the Starfish Isle beach, restaurant, tennis court, children playground and Starfish pool freely at any time without paying additional fees. Summary: The property was beautiful, right on the beach. Lots of outdoor seating and a BBQ. House was decorated nice. Beds and sofa were comfortable.

Summary: Lovely stay! Beachfront condo, open the sliding doors and beach & ocean with personal beach chairs right there (no 6:00 am towel hold here!) - these chairs are yours! Lots of space for a family of 4. Restaurant/ bar on site. Grocery & liquor store about 2 km away. Not really walkable with groceries, but there are scooters you can rent if you just need to pick up a few items or call a taxi if you need a full shop. If you like to go out, we recommend a car rental (we had a car) as this condo/ marina resort is on the opposite side of the island from all the hotels, restaurants, casinos and shopping. We prefer to be away from the crowds so this was perfect for us. Management was responsive for quick questions by text, and even called us at 8:00 pm to walk us through how to get the TV working. The cleaner is local I'd you need anything and she was also quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay & will book again :-)

Summary: This was a great property. The property managers stayed in communication leading up to and throughout the trip. They were definitely proactive providing an abundance of information beforehand. This would be a hard to beat location with the amenities available at the property itself, but there is the added benefit of the Palm Cay Marina and Beach Club next door.

Summary: Michael is a superb host, and does everything to make you feel at home. The property is pretty private, it's right on the beach, and it's spacious and fairly modern. Even the weather seems better than on other parts of the island! We had a very pleasant and relaxing vacation.

Summary: Our family of 4 just returned from a wonderful stay. It was exactly as outlined in the description. Mike was great and receptive. The condo was pristine and we appreciated the tiny touches. The view of the beach and ocean was beautiful. The condo is right on the beach. Palm Cay was a fantastic resort to be in . We had a car and got to travel around the Bahamas. We look forward to coming again if dates are available

Summary: We had an absolutely amazing vacation at this beautiful location. The property was well-represented in photos and descriptions and absolutely exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal for getting away and relaxing while still having access to amenities. With this property being an end unit, we really enjoyed spending our time outside on the patio and beach. Being just on the other side of the hedge line from the resort amenities made it easy to access the bar, pool, and restaurant. We did splurge for the resort pass at $15/day to access the bar and member pool. The guide we received was extremely helpful, with lots of good information. We cannot recommend Chef Everton enough either, that was an amazing experience found through the guide. We ate at the Pink Octopus a few nights and enjoyed everything we had. The staff was all friendly and helpful. Mike was responsive when needed, although the place was so fabulous we didn't need much! We were six adults with no children, although other units nearby did have children staying there. It seemed like a nice mix for an adults getaway or to bring the family. Absolutely would return, have been wishing we were still there since we left!

Summary: We had such high expectations that my wife videoed us entering the house to record the look on the kids faces. Well, from that moment until the moment we left 6 days later the kids had the same look of utter joy. We loved every moment and everything about staying in Palm Cay. Being able to watch the kids play in the water whilst up at the house was such a bonus (for them and us). We will be returning. The house itself was immaculate and had everything required. I could go into details but it would be pointless as everything was perfect.
