Positive: The location and set up w view as u enter is very beautiful - not busy so it was very calm w tropical trees and plants _pool area is also very nice

Negative: Didnt like the shower - no real hot water and low pressure

Positive: Staff was excellent went above and beyond to help us especially Miguel he tried to help with every problem

Negative: There was no hot water and the whole facility doesn’t have hot water not even the hot tub would not recommend getting a suite with a Jacuzzi tub. You will not have no hot water.

Summary: Beside no hot water nice view friendly staff food was good at the restaurant

Positive: The bed, the view and restaurant bar next to pool and beachfront!

Negative: The elevador. My daughter and I got stuck in the elevator and no one came. We press the button for help and waited approximately 4 minutes that appeared longer 😫 and then the elevator door opened.

Positive: Beautiful property very well kept.

Negative: Restaurant service was slow and ran out of food staples for breakfast such as bacon and we were not informed until the breakfast was ready to be served giving us options which we were not interested in. And no option to reduce price.

Summary: Beautiful, not prepared for breakfast crowd.

Positive: I like the location, secluded and not full of people. Good for couples.

Negative: The TV in the room is not smart, so no streaming while in the room, also was not able to plug phone near the bed to connect and charge phone, the shower faucet had no warm water, it was super hot or tab cold. Nice for adults, but boring for younger adults or teens.
