Summary: Amazing hotel. Is a shame that the property lost part of the beach after Maria hurricane. The beach needs attention and cleaning of fallen trees. The beach looks abandoned. Only a couple of chairs without umbrellas.

Summary: The staff and service people are very good and friendly. The room looked ok, recently remodeled, but not too clean. Same with the bathroom, recently remodeled, shower doors did not close properly and water kept coming out of the shower area leaving the bathroom floor soaked. There are no plugs readily available on the room to charge your phones. There is only one in the bathroom There is practically no beach left.

Summary: We keep coming for more. Mainly because of two things: the scenery, and the size of the pool. Things are indeed improving after the pandemic. Its the perfect spot to relax and watch part of the Sunset (there is a hill in the way). Still a beautifull scenery. I think that by autumn you might actually see the sun touching the horizon. Location is good. Right in the beach, but not too far from good cuisine and the town center of Rincon. Friendly staff. As for the rooms... well, those are clean. But, there is a reason why I am only giving 4/5 stars. And thats because our room had 2 doors in one single door frame separating our room from another. We could hear some excitment (because of a game, thankfully just a game) in the other side of those doors. As a couple celebrating our anniversary, that was very uncomfortable. We didnt had any neighbours the prior nights so we didnt complaint. But certainly, thats not something to look the other way either. Im paying for some privacy, and a nice and comfortable rest. A door between rooms?!?! Really? I might still return, but making sure we dont get that room again. As for the food, the service and quality of the food is amazing. No need to go somewhere else. Honestly. And finally, there is a little detail about the pool that might be disgusting: the southeast corner of the pool tends to accumulate some nasty stuff there. Something in the design, maybe? Or sone faulty filtering system? I know they give it a nice maintenance.

Summary: The only detail that could express the lack of supervision in the pool since there were children playing with balls throwing it and hardly saw cleaning in the morning before opening it to the guests
