Summary: I love this hotel… we’ve been here several times. The staff was great, views are amazing, the food was good and is easy to enter, the parking, the lobby… everything was good! It’s time for some renovations… the building seems dated, and beds were kind of uncomfortable. If I’m going out of home and I have to pay, I better be sleeping in a comfortable place.

Summary: First and foremost, the property is a beautiful property. The rooms were clean. The pool area was very nice. This place is called Rincon Beach Resort. The biggest problem I had there was no beach. If you look at pictures, you can see there was a beach at one time. Unfortunately, I was stuck by the pool the whole time and was never ever able to enjoy the beach. When you pay the money you pay for this type of property it should have the amenities that are promised. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property to anybody that is looking for the beach. If you just love sitting by the pool, this is the spot for you. There is another resort down the street that is named Rincon By The Sea, they have a beach that you can enjoy. Their property seemed a little bit more dated, but it had a beautiful beach that you can enjoy the ocean while you’re on the Caribbean island.

Summary: The room's toilet wasn't flashing. Called the personnel who replaced a rubber part but that didn't fix the problem because it was another part (pump) not working. It's disgusting having to lift the cover and touch the pump from time to time. I was there for a wedding and didn't have time to wait for them to come back again to fix it. The room looked somewhat run down. Old towels etc.
