Positive: This property is absolutely beautiful, with amazing views and extensive gardens full of flowers and butterflies. I stayed here and relaxed for three nights while my travel partner trekked to the nearby summit. I had ample opportunity to enjoy both local and western food from their menu, and was never let down. Sitting in the pool provided continuous views from the mountain peaks to the ocean. Our room was quite large and very clean. It included a big, shaded patio with views of the gardens and distant jungle. Wifi in the room was reliable. Management was very helpful in resolving a communications mixup with the front desk staff.

Negative: There were some communication difficulties with some of the staff... I recommend using your phone translator to confirm important things like ferry transfers, using the local language rather than depending on them to understand your own language.

Positive: Really comfortable bed, beautiful view, reasonably quiet. Pool is cute and the garden is really beautiful.

Negative: Bathroom is in need of some care. My husband got sick one evening after wine and dinner but the hotel was not very sympathetic claiming it could not possibly be their kitchen. But we had not eaten anywhere else that day.

Positive: Stunning views. Incredibly beautiful colorful gardens. The location is truly breathtaking and close to the waterfalls. Rooms are wonderfully spacious with beautiful views from a private patio. Breakfast are okay not a big choice and quite simple.

Negative: Construction taking place.
