2 Bedroom Cottage in Hunt

Recently refurbished guest house and dock area on a large river front property with deep water. Green Cottage has a riverfront view. Listing is for the Green Cottage which sleeps 5 people (Room 1 and 2). If you'd enjoy more space, the Rock Cottage next door is available for an additional fee and sleeps 4 people. Rock cottage cannot be rented by itself.
The whole property is on a big deep stretch of the beautiful Guadalupe River. 300 feet of river front with most ranging from 8 to 12 feet in depth. The Green Cottage has a full kitchen, cable tv, wifi, sitting area, two bedrooms and full bath. The Rock Cottage has two bedrooms, full bath, microwave, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, and cable tv. Wifi and cell service are strong in the cottage but can be unreliable down by the river.
Guests have free rein of the cottage(s), deep river with dock lounge area, six kayaks, two aqua mats, grill, and a huge river front yard.

Summary: Beautiful property on what seems to be a quiet part of the Guadalupe during spring break at least. Property was clean and well maintained. Plenty of kayaks for the whole family. We enjoyed waking up to a view of the river and being able to walk down the grassy yard to have our coffee at the rivers edge. Thanks James!

Summary: We were greeted by two of the most sweetest greeters. (Prim & Rex) Mr. Caldwell’s Labs. The river front cottage is exactly as pictured. Nice, clean well kept property. As for the River and yard the pictures don’t do it justice if you want a place that is peaceful and family oriented this is the place for you. We enjoyed the kayaks,tubes, and paddle board. There is a camp across the river which we enjoyed hearing all the kids laughing and seeing horseback riders from the camp as well. That Didn’t bother us at all. All I can say is this property made our trip so peaceful and relaxing. If you have any questions Mr. Caldwell is just a call or text away which is so easy to get ahold of him. We will be returning that’s for sure.
