Stunning home with awesome Guadalupe River access, Sleeps 10 in beds! If you are looking for an immaculate luxury type home to enjoy your days on the River, you have found it. Long range beautiful Hill Country Views from the front of the home and a private setting with the firepit and charcoal grill on the back patio. It is just a short drive to the large riverfront with deep and shallow crystal clear Guadalupe River, charcoal grills, picnic tables & floating doc! Huge chefs kitchen with large entertaining granite island, dining space for 10 at the exquisite Hill Country dining area with incredible long range views. Cozy living area with a stone fireplace, leather sofas and a large smart TV. The half bath conveniently sits off of the living area. The main Bedroom entails a King sized bed, a desk and an Full Ensuite restroom. Lots of room for a family or the kiddos in the "Bunk" room. Two full sized beds and a twin pull out in the triple bunk with room to spare! Jack and Jill full bathroom with a double sink vanity shared in between the bunk room and the 3rd bedroom with a queen Bed, desk and TV. Enjoy the long range Hill Country views in the mornings on the front patio and have privacy, grill and roast marshmallows on the back patio in the evening. Summary: The house was ideal for our family to stay while attending family wedding festivities! What a beautiful setting nestled against a hill with wildlife in the woods behind the house. The layout of the house was great! It was clean and had great amenities included.

Summary: We had a fabulous long weekend at the property--it was well kept, beautifully furnished, clean, and stocked! The pictures are accurate--we did initially think it was directly on the river when we first booked but this appears to be more accurately represented now. There was private neighborhood access to the riverfront and folks were very friendly. It is a short 3-4 minute drive (might be walkable, but kind of have to walk along other properties and houses). The information provided to use the boats was not correct--we couldn't use the canoe. Please note that hot tub is listed; if it is there, we missed it!

Summary: This trip was a much needed guy-family getaway. The house/property was perfect for our gathering! We knew it would be a great location from the online pics, but it well over-exceeded our expectations once we arrived. Thank you for providing for a great getaway for the brothers, son-in- laws and grandsons. One thing I would mention is the online description says sleeps 10 which may work for a family of adults and kids, but found that the bunk beds were not good for 2 grown adults and the couch didn’t pull out for an extra bed, so wasn’t sure about how there was 10 sleeping areas😊. All in all though it was a great time and we will try to come back.

Summary: We loved the house and the extra mile owners went by providing little necessities throughout the drawers and cabinets! Was a little confused about river access description from listing and pictures. Thought the river was in the backyard of property. Still enjoyed our stay!

Summary: If you are looking for a superb hill country vacation, this should be your first choice. Property is immaculate with river access just down the hill. Wake up to deer while you drink your morning coffee!!!

Summary: Very nice home with all the kitchen utensils needed to cook and bake. Home was stocked with all needed (shampoo, soap, towels ,etc) items to make ones stay comfortable. First thing in the morning you will see deers cruising by in the backyard. It is a ways out of civilization nearest store is 25 min away, so make sure you have all the necessary food items before hand. Overall great getaway place.
