Positive: I booked the room for my friends who stayed there, the room was very clean, the staff were very nice and the overall stay was very nice. Although the location isnt in the center but I am studying in Frankfurt School so my friends were close to me.

Negative: The only problem we faced was after going back from the city, we came back to the hotel at 02:00 AM at night and the card didnt work, we were stuck for 30 minutes outside the hotel trying to figure out how to enter / what to do until randomly 2 people left the hotel so we entered inside, then we couldnt go to the room and it took time until the staff managed to help us/understand how to fix the problem, this was a very big red flag for us since we were stuck outside of the hotel for very long time and couldnt enter, we started to look for different hotels for the same night because we thought that we aren't going to enter. This time it was me and my friends so we took it in a calm way but I am not sure I'll tell my family to come in case something like this would happen to them as well. The event occurred between the 16-17/09/2025. We thought about complaining in the morning about it but it was last night anyway so we just continued, but hopefully it can be fixed. I have few guests that might come through the next few months and I would like them to experience this kind of thing.

Positive: Our stay at Rioca Posto 7 was perfect. Rioca Posto 7 isn't just a fancy hotel with thorough design, it's a place you want to keep for yourself to come back to relax and have a great time. What we liked? 1. Early check-in option We arrived around 11:45 to leave the luggage and were able to check-in right away! 2. The Familia Rioca The staff is wonderful, I can't thank enough Carla for the great job she is doing! She made us feel like home where you always have someone to help out and solve all of your problems. And all of that is dome with a sincere smile! There were no napkins in the room, but when I asked for them Carla immediately gave me some napkins and told me I can take as much as I might need from the bar. 3. Free coffee and tea Besides the coffee capsules left in the kitchen, the guests are welcomed to the bar on the 7th floor (reception is also there) to freely use the coffee machine (and a good one) and have a tea from a great selection. I liked having hot chocolate at the bar before going to sleep, it's great. If for some reason you don't feel like drinking at the bar, you are free to take your drink to your room. 4. Comfortable rooms The mattresses were good, the sound isolation was great. Because of the well thought design we felt very comfortable in our room. There is enough space to sit and relax while watching the TV, to cook, reheat or to eat your meal. Also, there is a hanging chair in the room!!! A childhood dream come true. ;) 5. Cleanliness Everything was perfectly clean, including the pottery and the equipment. Never have I never seen an electric kettle being SO sparkling clean (no limescale at all).

Negative: - The communication through booking.com messages wasn't very smooth. I didn't get an answer for several days, while the check-in instructions were sent automatically.

Positive: i liked the whole Rioca Team , everyone is amazing from the cleaners to the management. The most amazing thing which made me happy is the reciption staff and i want to name them one by one( Mari, Ana, Felipe, Amanda, Carla, Erika, Priscila and Carol. They were always smiling , welcoming , helpfull .i felt that they are like family and made us feel extreemly Happy.

Negative: The price in booking platform is very expensive than the price of walk in guest

Positive: We arrived very early at the hotel, but the sweet receptionist Carla checked us in right away, we appreciated that a lot. She was also very caring throughout our stay at the hotel, and helped us whenever we needed. The hotel itself was beautiful and very modern. The breakfast was delicious with a multitude of options to choose from. If we ever visit Frankfurt again, we will definitely be back at Rioca 🦜

Positive: Whenever travelling to a city with this option, I stay at Rioca's hotels. Staff are super friendly, breakfast is superb and it is a nice cost for value. Special cudos to Caroline, Amanda and Carla. Caroline was above and beyond during breakfast.

Negative: The bed was a bit on the hard side, not super confy.

Summary: Close to city center, easy access to public transportantion.

Positive: The hotel is clean and well-equipped. The only thing is that the elevator design is a bit strange. The hotel reception, restaurant and shared lounge are located on the top floor, and the elevators on all the guest room floors only have a down button to call the elevator. But this does not cause a big problem for living, it just feels very strange ^_^.
