Located in the picturesque Daytona Beach Shores, Aruba Condominiums offers upscale amenities in the area's newest complex, which opened its doors in 2021. With state-of-the-art facilities and assigned parking for each unit, guests can relax and unwind in the oceanfront oasis, complete with a seasonally heated pool and designer pavers surrounded by Florida's lush native landscaping.
Other facilities available to guests include a spacious fitness center, electric car chargers, and a club room.
Aruba Condominiums is only a few blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, with proximity to the best shopping and dining experiences in the area. Additionally, guests can enjoy the famous Crabby Joe's restaurant located at the nearby Sunglow pier, as well as local surf shops, convenience stores, and beach parks that are just a short walk away.
From the moment you enter this first-floor oceanfront condo, the stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the refreshing ocean breeze will transport you to a peaceful and serene state. The condo features new furnishings, large windows, and a spacious living room, inviting guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and an eat-in bar, making it perfect for hosting meals with family and friends. Additionally, the condo has a private washer and dryer, providing guests with added convenience.
Completed in 2021 with all-new furnishings, the oceanfront primary suite offers a king-sized bed with a 65” Smart Television, large windows, and a gorgeous tiled shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 50” Smart Television, and a connecting full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and an additional entrance. The third bedroom has two full-sized beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.
The condo also comes equipped with a family-style dining set, a large sofa with three electric recliners, and 65” Smart Televisions, providing a cozy and comfortable space for guests to unwind. The unit also has highly sought-after first-floor access, allowing guests to walk out of the back slider directly to the pool, 24/7 heated jacuzzi, and the beach. Additionally, the unit has new outdoor furniture, including a sofa, chairs, beach towels, an outdoor umbrella, and table and chairs, to ensure that guests have everything they need for a relaxing vacation. In addition to our luxurious amenities and convenient location, we also provide guests with all the essential items they would find at home, including a new Ninja blender, a new Ninja coffee maker, an electronic tea kettle, a pressure cooker, pots and pans, a toaster, cleaning supplies, a vacuum, a Dustbuster!
To ensure guests' safety, secured parking is available in the underground garage, with one reserved space for each unit. Guests can also park one additional vehicle on a first-come, first-serve basis on the main level. Please note that only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed.
