Summary: Lovely accommodation with clean & comfortable beds, clean bathroom & a well-stocked kitchen. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness as there were some cobwebs in one bedroom and another web hanging from the rafter in another bedroom!A minor downside was the lack of wifi. I wasn’t able to access my emails (sent at 3am on the day of checkout) for checkout instructions. That wasn’t a big issue but a better idea would be to leave a printed version in the folder on the table.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I didn't receive any check in messages until days later and I've now been flooded with them. Luckily the owner phoned me and I was able to get the code for the locked box. The house is dated, but comfortable and had most of what we expected. There was no hair-dryer and only conditioner in the shower. Possibly left by a previous guest. For the price we really would have appreciated having the heater on before we arrived because it was very cold in the house. One of the dining chairs was unstable and rickety. We liked the big towels and the beds were comfortable. We were surprised that we had to pay $100 for cleaning which really pushed up the cost. We only stayed here because our booking was last minute and we couldn't find anything else that was cheaper.
