Positive: The check-in process was very straightforward. Our host greeted us shortly afterwards to check everything was in order. She is pleasant and happily gave me advice on places of interest in the region. The facilities are modern and in excellent condition. The location, next to the river and a 2 minute walk to the renovated centre of Selfoss, is fantastic. We had a lovely stay in Selfoss and surrounds.

Positive: Wonderfull location, across the town center and very close to beautiful forest area. You can use the walk during the summer. The apartment is modern and cosy. The owner was friendly and came up in case of need.
Negative: One of the apartment has just a septum between bed and living room, which does not reach the ceiling. It is tricky, if somebody in the group snores. But it is obvious on the pictures.

Positive: The location was excellent. Shopping, restaurants nearby and walkable. Very Clean. Loved having washer, bathtub, parking. The bed was comfortable. Great towels. Towel heating device useful for drying clothes. Slept with windows open with soothing sounds of the river outside. Kitchen well supplied with cookware, sugar, tea, etc.
Negative: Really hard to figure out the lockbox even with instructions. Unfortunately the WiFi and TV weren't working when we arrived (local outage). There's a dryer but it didn't dry my clothes. Needs blackout blinds for summer.
