Summary: This place is a cute studio apartment located right downtown, along the river. It’s right across the street from the Freight House which offers the awesome indoor farmers market on weekends. There is a nice walking path along the river. There’s the awesome baseball stadium across the street with minor league games and is home to St Ambrose baseball. Also remember the train runs along the river very frequently. And this train has a very loud and long blowing whistle. Even with the windows and door closed you hear it. Know if you book this place you will hear the train, motorcycles and cars. But that comes with being downtown. The convenience of the location outweighed the noise for me.

Summary: What a great apartment with a wonderful view! It was spotless, comfortable, and convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed Front Street Brewing and Taproom and Sippi's being so close. Parking was easy and convenient. The owners were flexible, kind, and commincative. 100% recommend!

Summary: This place was amazing! Great views from the room and rooftop! Loved the location because we went to two river bandit games and walked there! Walked to restaurants as well! Will definitely stay here again!
