Summary: House was nice and spacious as advertised. It was very clean upon arrival. We rented a boat slip and golf cart. Golf cart in very rough shape and was not charged when we arrived. Boat slip is across the canal so you have to go all the way around the boat landing to get to your boat, which is a pain with coolers and gear. But, would still recommend that house as it supplied for a comfortable get away. Wifi is very spotty, so be prepare!

Summary: Joan was an amazing host and accommodating when a tropical storm disrupted our initial plans. Joan called me right away and we worked it out. We were able to reschedule and I am so glad we did. The house was the perfect size for our group and close to everything in Homasassa. We also utilized a boat slip which was super convenient for scalloping. It was clean, had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again. Thank you Joan!

Summary: Can't say anymore than this place was just perfect! The house was clean and very nice. Location is amazing and having the boat close was a huge plus. We will definitely return!

Summary: This property exceeded our expectations. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay. They even texted me about local fireworks that would be on display that we could watch from the dock on the property. There are kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, a grill, bikes and a golf cart all for use while staying there. The golf cart is an extra charge but is definitely worth it! Overall i would rate this a 10 out of 10. This is a beautiful home with all of the amenities and then some. Would stay here again!
