Summary: Boat house is huge with ample room to dock your boat during the stay is a selling point. The house and cleanliness of the property is great. Wife and kids were very comfortable during a spring break stay. Owners are friendly and communicative. Beach is only 5 minutes away. I will definitely be back.

Summary: My wife and myself stayed with two other couples Labor Day weekend. Everyone really enjoyed the house and deck over the river. Everything was exactly like it showed on the advertisement. When we get a chance, we will definitely stay again.

Summary: The stay was perfect! We very much enjoyed the upstairs deck with our five grand babies ranging from 2 years of age to 12, felt very safe… the only thing I would change would be the ac be cooler during the day closer to evening but that’s just me I’m hot natured. But truly everything was AWESOME would return again!

Summary: This is our new favorite place to gather the family....the boathouse is incredible. The views are fantastic. We had almost no neighbors while we stayed so that made it extra nice. We will be back. Yes, i highly recommend this house.
