Summary: Overall the stay was good for what we were there for (float the Spring River). There were a couple of maintenance issues we took care of ourselves. The kitchen sink did not have hot water and the mini split in the living room did not cool well and was leaking water inside the house. We reported these issues to management.

Summary: The house was very clean. Close to town. Only thing is the bathroom doesn’t have a ventilator so it gets steamy but overall, we enjoyed our stay
