Summary: The hotel staff was so helpful and the property was spotless. Location is great with a restaurant next door. We would recommend the River Valley Inn and Suites.

Summary: Call ahead if you cannot walk up the stairs etc as they don't have an elevator. It's 2 levels. The rooms we ok, a bit small, bathrooms pretty small. And hot tub jets were not working. Pool was pretty warm and it didn't smell overly like chlorine which was good.

Summary: The room was clean. The front desk was not regularly staffed - had to call to get someone to come to the front desk per the sign taped to the desk - just didn't feel like a hospitality industry norm and very transactional (here is your room, gives us the money, go our seperate ways). We didn't see the staff the duration of our stay. The hotel has a LOT of security cameras throughout the public spaces. The hot tub had no air-jets and was WARM but not hot. The pool bathroom was out of service so patrons were instructed to walk back to their hotel room to use the restroom. Continental breakfast was...continental breakfast - waffles, apples, breads, burnt church coffee.

Summary: The sheets were clean; the room a bit outdated, the top blanket we took off and used our own. They have a very nice playground out back complete with football and scooter. Breakfast was okay. There is a nice restaurant, the Tippy Canoe, right across the parking lot. Would stay there again
