My Studio Apartment has a river view in a quite Cul De Sac Street. It can sleep two people. It is self-contained. It has a separate sleeping room separated by walls and a curtain.It has a full bathroom and Kitchen. It has a living room/diner with comforable chairs and a sofa bed. And it is on the second floor but short flight of steps. 5 minutes walk to Grays station and local amenities. It is a 10 minutes drive to the popular Lakeside Shopping Centre. The studio is close to 2 Golf Courses, tennis courts, various restaurants and Grays beach. People of all race types are welcome. Casual fishing right behind my Flat is also possible. You can take quiet walks along the river.

Summary: Loved my stay at the property, which faces the river. It's quiet- but never short of something to see - boats going up and down the river, a few joggers throughout the day so never alone, change of tides, the weather that can be dramatic..amazing! A good place to rest and gather your thoughts.

Summary: This was a great base camp for our trip. We were visiting family and friends so we know the area well. It is only 10 minutes walk to the station and for flats it was surprisingly quiet. My husband and I used to live in the same block of flats so we pretty much knew the drill. Check-in was good and leaving was good and communication with Esther was great. If you’re looking for frills then you might wanna go somewhere else but if you just want a good base camp where you can rest at the end of a long day of visiting people and this is the one for you.
