Summary: Nice property. Make sure prior to check-in you have spoken with the host about the check-in process. We did and had no problems at all. But have read other reviews where there were problems. The area was great for visiting our family that live near by. The river bend restaurant was excellent. It was only open Thursday-Sunday. But the food was great and staff was quick taking our orders and bring our drinks.

Summary: It took over 5 hours (really closer to 6) for me and also Vrbo customer support to get ahold of Jared. Customer support was already trying to find us alternative lodging. It was totally ridiculous! Definitely didn’t give us a great first impression. The house itself was cute but the backyard was a total dump! Trash everywhere! We ended up taking our trash with us! We left there early Sunday morning and had gotten about an hour and a half away when we realized that we had left 2 Kindles in the master bedroom. I contacted Jared to see how we could get them back. He messaged back and said that he would do whatever it takes to return them. He never did even after numerous attempts to reach him. In my opinion that’s the same thing as stealing. I’m very disappointed in the whole situation. I can’t say I’d recommend anyone staying here. I have a hard time with dishonest people.

Summary: I wish this app would allow me to post photos… this house was NOT cleaned. The master bed and bath smelt like cat urine and mold. The floors were not swept, mopped or vacuumed. The fans looked like they haven’t been dusted in weeks. The hall bathroom , we wouldn’t even shower in. The shower curtains were stained and there was a visible ring in the shower it’s self along with black mildew in the shower tile grout. I moved a rug and all kinda dirty and pet hair FELL OUT on the floor. The couch was covered in dog hair. I could not get in touch with the owner to get a key to the lock box. We called him Atleast 15 times, sent a text and sent a message on vrbo before he finally replied to a text message with the lock box code hours after check in. I would not recommend this house unless they did a serious deep clean and renovated the master bath to get the mildew smell and swollen flooring fixed.

Summary: We were in town for our daughters JROTC Nationals. The house was exactly what we needed. The location was only 15-20 mins to anything you needed and from the competition. The scenery was beautiful and peaceful!
