Located in a quiet rural area with 150 feet of riverfront property. Gorgeous views of the St. Johns River, Lake George, and Drayton Island from the dock. The boathouse is equipped with 2 uncovered boat slips, a fish cleaning station with well water, electric, refrigerator, picnic table, and a large bench. The St. Johns River is well known for its Bass fishing and certain times of the year you can catch shrimp and trap crabs. The river offers incredible sunsets and abundant wildlife. Enjoy the panoramic views from the living room, sun room, kitchen, and master bedroom. We are close to many boat launch areas (Drayton Island Ferry, Georgetown Marina, Idle Awhile Resort, Renegades On The River), some amazing springs (Juniper Springs, Salt Springs, Silver Glen Springs), State Parks, and Ocala National Forest.

Summary: We have stayed here twice now. My family loves yhis home and the location! Perfect for quick boat rides to the springs and loads of wild life visitors! The neighbors are amazing also! Even had a neighbor drop off some fish food for us while we were on the boat one day! Saw manatees gators ospreys and a friendly cat my daughter loves!!!! The hosts adam and shirley are great and so much help! Highly recommend this vacation and will rebook!!!!

Summary: Stayed here several years ago and new owners have completely improved the home making our trip extremely enjoyable. Updates to dock made the area another gathering spot along the water perfect to watch the river and sunsets. Will definitely return to this place

Summary: Beautiful views and well kept clean house, it’s really a great place to stay. The host are very hospitable and there if you need them but also not overbearing. Great relaxing stay away from it all.

Summary: Charming upgraded home right on St. John’s River right at the opening to Lake George. Great for fishing, visiting the springs and beautiful sunsets. This was our third time in this home and the bathroom renovations are beautiful. The sunroom/dining room is all windows and a fabulous view. We will be back again.

Summary: This property has it all! Location is quiet with beautiful views and a short boat ride to the springs. Some great restaurants nearby on the river and tons of room on the property to grill. We can’t wait to visit again! Adam and Shirley communicated great and made sure our stay was enjoyable!

Summary: We stayed here for a 5 day week vacation with our children. We loved the home, the location, the amenities, and the hosts communication! There was so much already at the home we just had to come with the boat! The dock was great, the amenities on the dock were fantastic! The house is well kept, very clean, quite updated, and very cozy! Perfect for a shelter from summer storms, or a cool down after a long day on the water! Only a short boat ride to Silver Glen Springs and Salt Run Springs. We look forward to future bookings with you all! I've had so many people ask me where we stayed (by seeing my photos) hopefully a few more bookings come from that as well :) Thank you again!
