Summary: The room was well laid out and comfortable. There was a Keurig and a microwave on the counter and it had a large sink. There was no ice machine, so a bag was provided at the office. Parking was right outside the door. It was a quiet and pleasant place to stay.

Summary: It’s a nice location with very friendly staff, good accommodations and easy access to the restaurant next door. My only real issue was the bed, which left my lower back hurting quite a lot.

Summary: The hotel had everything we needed for our hiking trip to the Crater Lake NP. The place is not massive. It's privately owned therefore the owner(s) is very attentive and personable. Location: easy 1 hour to 1 hr 15 min into the Crater Lake hiking trails. There's a market within 3 minutes from the hotel where you can find almost anything. The drive from the hotel into the park is very nice. The hotel itself: -Very clean and spacious. We stayed in the King room suite #15 -The yard is well kept with a lot of rose bushes planted along yard. -The room is fully stocked with K-Cup coffees, toilet papers, towels and other necessities. But if you need additional items, they have a couple of golf-carts that could get to your room in a few seconds to bring you what you need. -It was hot (upper 90 degree), and humid but the AC works wonderfully. - There's a river behind the property, and we caught a family of 3 deers wandered on the lawn and then swam across the river to the other side of the bank. It was a wonderful site to be seen. Overall, we absolutely enjoyed our 3-nite stay at the Riverfront Lodge in Shady Cove, and highly recommend for your next lodging near the Crater Lake National Park.

Summary: It was a pleasant stay in our small room; the place is getting older and the floors tilt a bit, but a nice jumping off point to visit Crater Lake National Park. The active fire only 7 miles away made it a little concerning for air quality & possible evacuation, but the town seemed to be used to summer fires. I could see there were more rooms toward the back of the property that looked to be in slightly better shape, but of course that would cost more. The nice deck overlooking the Rogue River in the back of the property was very nice & soothing, and a great place to sit and relax & play board games.

Summary: Perfect location to visit Crater Lake National Park. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful property with nice deck overlooking the river.

Summary: From the moment we booked we had excellent responses from the staff when we had questions. The temps were in the 90s but the AC unit kept our rooms (Deluxe 2 BR) cool and comfy. We loved sitting out in the grassy area among the roses and gardens in the evening enjoying the breeze in great seating and tables. We also took advantage of the double deck facing the river where we saw deer, geese, and swallows busily eating and listened to the river cascade by. If I ever return to the area I would absolutely stay again. We wanted a spot midway between the airport in Medford airport and Crater Lake and this fit the bill. We also liked the restaurant choices in easy walking distance. We slept well, enjoyed the quiet, and definitely felt we had a great experience for a very reasonable price.
