Positive: The decks were nice, beds comfortable

Negative: Looked like a jock yard in the front, yard not kept good, needed weed eater. House was over crowed with furniture, made getting around hard for my Aunt which had to use a walker. Looked like people lived out the home because clothes hanging in closest. House was to be ready for check in at 3pm, when we got there she was still cleaning the house at 4pm. Had to leave and come back later. Ceiling fan was laying on deck, e had to move it and put in already full closet so the kids would not trip out break it. Property has 3 grills and none of them were usable 1 grilled burned out not able to start or a place to put fire wood. 2 this bbq put was the bottom was completely burnt out, old barrel type pit raise the lid and all you can see is grass, complete trash. 3 little type smoker you could start a fire if you choose but lid was not attached to smoker and no handle to top to place it back on. No trash bags in trash cans, trash bags were defective could not get them to open to place in cans. I went to General dollar store and bought some to use, she did however bring a box of new ones to use the next afternoon after I had purchased some. Should have been there and available for use. She lives in the front yard in motor home so she was available and knew

Positive: the view of the river was superb, and the setting quiet & peaceful. location couldn’t be better.

Negative: not pet friendly; I’d rent for a week if I could bring my Maltese.
