Summary: Our family needed a home base for a week while visiting family and doing some tourism at the same time and this was the perfect location. The house is right on the river, with wonderful view of the Susquehanna. Great and friendly communication from the host. Plenty of space of a large family, with comfy beds. Saving the listing for our next visit in the area!

Summary: Nice property right on the river with beautiful sunsets. There's a high top table on the deck, but unfortunately only one chair because the second one was broken. We had to sit in lower chairs (that we brought along with us) which gave us a view below the railing and was obstructed. Also, the write up says 2 electric fireplaces. They are actually propane which is better but we couldn't keep the one lit that we tried. Upon leaving, I noticed that there was an old bird's nest in the exhaust vent of the fireplace...seems like a big safety issue!

Summary: It is next to train tracks with trains running all night but not a deal breaker for us. Bring a sleep aid. This house is amazing for Bald eagles and other wildlife.

Summary: We needed a place for a family vacation close to all the places we wanted to visit like Hershey park, the beach, dc, Philly, nyc and this place was in the right place. Right off of I-95, gives access to a lot. Very clean and newish, plenty of room for 10 of us. Great historic town with restaurants within a walk. Great place.

Summary: What a great house in a neat little town! We stayed there for an event down in Perryville and the house was perfect. It was super clean and very spacious. The house has great views of the river and was super convenient to walk over the pubs and cafes. Would definitely stay here again if I come back for the event in the future.

Summary: Beautiful beach house feel right on the river. Views were unbeatable and the house had plenty of space for 6 adults and 1 toddler. Town was neat, historic, and plenty of things to do within reasonable distance. There are active train tracks within 50 yards of house but it wasn’t a big deal. Could use some additional kitchenware, but we would stay again.
