Positive: Rang on four occasions to try to find out how to use the laundry facility, staff each time were going to ring me back. That never happened very very poor service.

Positive: Location and parking were good.
Negative: Apartment was like a motel room with a kitchen. One small pot a few plates and cups. There was no way to prepare fresh meals. All food would have to be microwavable. Coffee pot and no filters. Keurig and no pods. Overall a less than satisfactory experience. Coffee pods did arrive along with a shower curtain a day after our arrival.

Positive: We didn't realize the 3 # were the apt # called and ask gave rhe confirmation # We got disconnected. Called a family member and we got clued in as to the number of the apt. Couldn't get lock to work. And had the realtor lock on the door know made it a little hard to turn. But we are 60+ and this was a first for us overall we were satisfied.
Negative: The light switches were a little low in the bedroom. My husband was worried about hitting his head on the shelf on the wall in the hall
