Q: Our Flight gets in early / leaves late. What can we do with our bags if we want to explore more.
A: If we can accommodate we will certainly try. Unfortunately the Riverfront does not have a main lobby or place you can secure your belongings. When we have โ€œback to backโ€ bookings it is nearly impossible. However, consider downloading the app โ€œBounceโ€ where for a few dollars you can leave your belongings and return for it later.
Q: Are you Pet Friendly?
A: Not knowing the allergies of our future guests causes us not to permit pets to stay in our unit.
Q: May we smoke on the deck.
A: There are designated smoking areas on the property with Beautiful Views of the River. We ask guests to refrain from smoking on the balcony. We worry about smoke coming into the unit and adhering to the decor and furniture. Please be mindful of our future guests..
Q: May we have packages / groceries delivered?
A: Yes, most packages get left at the โ€œ900 stairwellโ€. It is best to request packages / groceries to be left at front door.
Q: Is there a Grill.
A: Yes, both Gas and Charcoal (Guests provide charcoal).
Q: We are very neat people. Can we waive the cleaning fee?
A: No, we want to ensure a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests and feel the best way to ensure this happens is to have a professional cleaning staff clean the unit after we exit.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. However, if you need to cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit we will refund you the difference.
Q: Balcony Spiders, Webs, and Bugs Oh My!
A: Being on the river this is a difficult to regulate. We do have monthly pest control and our cleaners do a good job of cleaning the webs after each guests but spiders are persistent and they do return from time to time.
As our listing advises we are located in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. We are just like any other metropolitan area with traffic, construction, and homeless issues from time to time. When we stay downtown we feel safe to walk to and from without fear but we realize not everyone stares the same views and experiences.

Summary: Unit was as pictured. Great views of the river and a short 20-25 minute walk to Broadway. Bed was comfortable and unit was stocked with amenities in the kitchen. However we only had 3 towels for the whole unit and one wash cloth for a 4 day stay. Unit could have been a little cleaner. A little more attention to dusting unit and cleanliness of floors. Bathrooms are a little small also. Would consider staying again.

Summary: Cute 2 bedroom condo w/ beautiful view of river( sunrise spectacular) plenty of room for a family of 4. Teenage Granddaughters enjoyed the pool. Very well stocked w/ dishes & essentials. Location was very safe, covered FREE parking a huge bonus. Owner very response to questions

Summary: We really enjoyed this nice and very clean condo. It had lots of spices and all the cooking ware we needed. The river view was really nice as one day during our stay it rained all day. The parking is excellent, with a very large covered area to park.
