Summary: My husband and I decided to get away for the New Year holiday to just relax and explore with our two labs. The house was the perfect size for us. The fenced in yard was a huge help with the dogs. The town of Blue Ridge was a very easy drive and had great restaurants and shops to explore. Hiking close by as well and fishing right off of the deck. The house had sufficient cooking supplies. Ample towels in the bathrooms. Beds were really comfy. We got really lucky with the weather. Only rain at night and very mild temps. The driveway into the property is a little steep with gravel. We were fortunate to be in my husbands truck which made it easier to get in and out but this could be a little tricky for a smaller car with less traction. Overall we enjoyed our trip and will definitely consider coming back.

Summary: Overall a nice stay. Some updates needed on outside deck furniture. Inside was decorated nice. Need new washer and dryer! Quiet neighborhood. Good location for fishing Tocca River. Close to downtown Blue Ridge.

Summary: Great location for hiking and the town of Blue Ridge, Home very nice, comfortable beds, great kitchen area with everything you need to cook..fire pit was amazing, a couple of downsides were the logs for the fire in the home were not kept in a dry area, we couldn't use them for the fire in the house, (which is one of the reasons we chose the home) also the previous guests had dogs and they must have been on the couch as the cushions and blankets smelt terrible! Chairs for the wonderful back porch need to be switched out as they were very uncomfortable to take in the great river view
