Positive: quiet and tranquil- welcomed by a trio of grey kangaroos.

Negative: difficulty in using awning as we were therefore unable to keep out blazing 31* afternoon sun which meant two thirds of kitchen and eating area unable to be used for any length of time, for example, to have a lovely meal.

Summary: love the Japanese inspiration. well appointed and efficient.

Negative: bath to small, just enough fire wood if we had of spent the day at the accommodation it would not of been enough

Positive: Location and general exterior design.

Negative: No airconditioning, no microwave and neither electric blanket worked. A vinyl floor and beanbags for seats in the Tv (very small) area are not what you would expect at this price point.

Positive: Wifi, pot belly fire was ready to go, however it was hot whilst we were there so we didn't use it, but imagine it would be required in Winter/Spring & Autumn.

Negative: The location wasn't anything special and I hated that the bedroom was so closed in without views into the surrounding bush. The house was full of little signs with directions for everything including directions on how high to fill the bath. The bath was one of the main reasons I chose this home for my getaway so then to arrive & discover that due to water shortages you shouldn't fill the bath more than 10cm high was disappointing. The house accommodated 2 people comfortably and would be uncomfortable with any more than that. The facilities were all very basic, very old TV so we were grateful for the WIFI & that we had a large laptop with us. I've stayed in many AirBNB's across the globe in recent years and felt this was very overpriced for what it was. (FYI: no microwave, fly wire doors had huge gaps that allowed bugs in, no coffee machine only an expresso pot, towels were like drying yourself with a loofah). It wasn't the relaxing getaway we had hoped for.
