Summary: Great little get away. Property was clean and had ample amenities. Driveway was large and had plenty room for off road parking. Beds were comfy. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Nice little trail for walking near creek. Very nice stay.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The view out the back door and upper balcony was beautiful overlooking the river. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room comfortable for hanging out. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: I cannot say enough about my most recent rental. Riley was wonderful to work with! He was VERY accommodating and quick to respond. The house itself was awesome. VERY clean, had everything needed (for large or small groups) decorated super cute and can tell he has put much “love” into an older home fixed up! There is 3 bedrooms (1king, 2 queen bedrooms) but in the “master bedroom w/king) and beautiful, large loft area above our kids LOVED! Great for extra sleeping space and also, an option in the basement. My stay did not allow outdoor enjoyment but great backyard with the river, and a sandbox with playhouse for kids! I will definitely stay again whether it’s just me and/or a large group! It’s a yes, yes, yes!!!

Summary: Riley was a wonderful host, very responsive, will certainly stay here again. 1 King bed and two queens, plus pull out couches if you have more people. Brand new appliances, well maintained and spacious. It was fun sitting watching the sunset next to the river. Bowling alley, movie theater, and 5 minute walk to downtown loaded with new really delicious restaurants and bars. There's even a brand new washer/dryer available to use which was perfect on our road trip. We'll be making this a regular stop through Nebraska to see family. Thanks Riley.

Summary: Beautiful spacious house on the North Fork of the Elkhorn River. Nice quiet neighborhood close to parks, bike paths and the library. Lots of room to spread out, it would be a great place for a family gathering. The host was friendly and responsive. We'll be back!
