Positive: The location is excellent and rooms are nice and big. The living area was spacious and comfortable
Negative: The kitchen and toilets were outdated. The kitchen top has only an electric top, not induction. The taps i the toilets do not close properly. Unfortunately, during the stay, the ADSL Internet was not working properly. Very slow and patchy. The apartment block has no lift therefore not suitable for people with mobility issues (this is not very clear at the time of booking although it is mentioned in the instructions).

Positive: The property was beautifully presented and clean, and the property managers have provided so many extras eg books, games for kids etc. Felt so homely. We could have stayed a month! We’re definitely going to be back.
Negative: A couple of minor maintenance issues which I have communicated to the property managers and the cleaners who have assured me they’ll be fixed.
Summary: Great location, immediately felt at home in the property. We’ll be back, and recommending it to oth.

Positive: We had a lovely stay, however it was never mentioned that the property was up 6 flights up stairs which is ok for us but not for elderly parents. Which changed our plans due to limited access. This should have been mentioned.
Negative: The toilet seat was broken in the main bathroom.

Positive: Location is fantastic, easy walk to supermarket and the free city bus service, lovely walks along the river. We had an issue with the shower, property manager communicated with us quickly and efficiently to get plumbers in who fixed the problem.
Negative: The property uses a program/platform (SuperbSuites) that is separate to Booking.com, it requires identification check and credit card details beforehand. It also tried to charge us an additional accommodation cost after our visit which I refused to pay as it was based on a higher daily rate than what I had been given (and paid) when booking the apartment through Booking.com. Apartment and communication with property manager was great but the SuperbSuites processes that must be used to check-in did detract from the experience.
