Positive: Only 15 minutes drive to lytham st Anne's. Private drive. Quiet location, but close to shops. We'll maintained house, excellently decorated, plenty of room. All the facilities
Negative: 4 bedrooms, 8 adults, but the living room only had one couch and one chair, to accommodate 4 people. Another couch could easily fit in the large room Again 8 adults, but the dining room table only had 6 chairs and 2 fold up chairs. We went to eat, sit round the table and chat. A larger table and 8 chairs, could easily fit in the room

Positive: We were 3-generations staying at the house. Lots of space and opportunity to find a quiet place if preferred. All facilities were really good but for one aspect. We had planned to cook for ourselves on 2evenings but was disappointed by the lack of saucepans and frying pans/wok of a suitable size for a party of 7 or 8. In all other aspects the kitchen was great.
Summary: We really enjoyed staying in the house and would happily come again.
