Very spacious modern seperate two storey townhouse perfect for 2 families, located in a quite cul de sac only a few minutes walk to Swan River, 5kms drive to Perth city and Airport. 3km to Crown casino and 3.4km to the new Perth Stadium. Features 4 full size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Downstairs you will find a spacious open plan dining and living area with reverse cycle split system air conditioner, Digital TV with Netflix, modern equipped kitchen with Nespesso Coffee machine (complimentary pods) together with fully functional laundry, Queen size bedroom and ensuite with built in robe. Outdoor entertaining alfresco area to soak up the sun on Perths sunny summer days.
Head upstairs to the second living area, perfect for kids, 2nd bathroom with bath tub, 2 more bedrooms featuring 2 comfortable king single beds in each room, built in robes also in each. Seperate powder room, Huge master bedroom with cosy Queen size bed, large walk in robe and ensuite.
Ducted reverse cycle zoned air-conditioning to all upstairs rooms

Summary: Our stay was good, but I found the host quite unfriendly, they threatened to cancel my booking if I keep asking questions, so I was too scared to say anything. They insisted on using the app, but took 18 hours to respond and refused to give phone number to use text message or email. No updates were given, so I had to search the app to find entry instructions. Unreasonable people

Summary: Visiting for a few days for a wedding this property is close to the airport and also the city. We elected to not hire a car and the Uber bill for the long weekend was not at all a worry. The property itself is at the back of a development of 4 making for a reasonably quiet stay. You can tell the place has been well used for a number of years with general wear and tear such as marks on walls and carpets. We were comfortable in the rooms and if we were to need to return for a similar event would certainly investigate returning to this property.

Summary: This is an ideal place to stay for a group of four male adults playing Countryweek bowls. There was a few small issues that need attending to so left note on table when left for owners to review and address. Apart from that the group were very happy.
