Beautiful two story, marina front cottage. Upstairs master suite. Full kitchen, full size washer and dryer. Large whirpool tub. Access to Indian River. Walking distance to local antique mall and restaurant. Can sit on the dock and watch the sunrise. Perfect couples getaway.
Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard.
-Non-disclosed pets will be considered a major house rule violation and may result in dismissal from the property.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-This is a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.

Summary: This lovely cottage is located in between Sebastian and Melbourne. There are lots to do and plenty of places to eat. The Fish House on A1. The drive down Indian River Dr is a must. Stop by the Sebastian Clearwater, Marina restaurant.

Summary: We had a month vacation planned. The 2nd 2 weeks cancelled our stay last minute. So I went on a search again. I found this cute cottage. Cathy and Micheal the hosts were fabulous. They did not have the full 2 weeks available. They went above and beyond helping find us a place. I 100% recommend this cottage stay.the cottage has awesome water views almost out every window. The jet tub view was amazing. Thank you Cathy and Michael. We hope to return next year.

Summary: It was small but very nice. My only concern was access to the apartment through the garage. The door could not be locked. Otherwise the place was nice and quiet. Only fishing access is at a public dock or around the boats but we still were able to fish. I would recommend this place and would rent it again. Thank you Mr. Cobb for your help and patience.

Summary: We absolutely loved staying in Grant. The cottage was directly located behind the main house and literally steps from the water. My husband, dog and myself had a wonderful little getaway here and will definitely be back.

Summary: Place has the right touches - Jacuzzi tub with a view of the river, a really cool park literally right next door to walk the dog, close to beach, strong wifi, pretty much anything you could want. Good things come in small (cottage) packages!
