Summary: We had a lovely time in this property, which is one of the best we've stayed in. The owners are very conscious of cleanliness, and the property is very well kept, with everything you could need. Even with unreliable weather, the balcony is a lovely place to sit looking out at the river and woodland, with a canopy to protect from the rain if necessary! Kids loved the TV's in their rooms, and we had a nice walk around the grounds by the river. But the house itself is great to spend time in, lots of space. The small town has a small supermarket/post office, butcher and takeaways and bar & restaurant (run by the owners of this property). Not a part of the province we were familiar with but we'll definitely be back.

Summary: We cannot emphasize enough what a wonderful place this was. If you are visiting Northern Ireland, it is well-located to reach everywhere. But it is the house itself that is such a gem. Sparkling clean with all the perfect finishing touches, including a television in every bedroom and the comfiest beds to be found, you will want to find a way to return to this lovely, roomy, and bright home!

Summary: This adorable cottage is the perfect location to see all of Northern Ireland! Merlyn and Trevor were excellent hosts and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and happy. Their restaurant on the property was excellent, with a huge menu! The cottage itself was excellent and had everything you would need to feel at home. I highly recommend this property and these hosts. We look forward to staying with them again, possibly in France next time!

Summary: We spent a lovely three nights in Merlyn and Trevor's wonderful lodge. It was the last place we had rented in a three week UK vacation and was by far our favorite. There were four of us, but it could have accommodated more with it's three good-sized bedrooms, three bathrooms, large kitchen and ample living room spaces. Being a chef myself, I really appreciated the kitchen, which was obviously set up by Merlyn, the chef/owner of the Hanover House, located just adjacent to the lodge. She had stocked the place with very fresh eggs, butter, milk, bread and coffee to get us started. The location could not have been more perfect for us, being nearly smack dab in the middle of Northern Ireland. We made day trips all over the area. Much preferable to stay in the beautiful countryside rather than the big city of Belfast. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Merlyn and Trevor for sharing your amazing lodge.

Summary: Lovely, spacious, elegant: we had a very pleasant time here. Merlyn and Trevor were so friendly and welcoming, we could not expect more. We definitely recommend this place (and its linked restaurant - taste the fab Irish coffee there) and the beautiful Northern Ireland! Hope to come back again!!
