Summary: View was great. We got in without any issues. The owner wanted us to confirm that we arrived and settled in but we couldn’t because the app was not working during the time we were there. We were able to communicate by telephone adequately. We were surprised by additional added fees and other charges that were added on after we committed to stay there. Ultimately the house was MORE expensive than larger newer houses that other relatives stayed at on the river

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful with a great view of the river. Great choice of bed layout with a full and a single in all bedrooms. So if you are sharing a room, you don't necessarily need to share a bed. We would definitely recommend!!

Summary: Great stay in Brownsville with a group of friends coming into town for a fishing tournament. House was clean and well stocked with everything needed. 3 trucks / bass boats fit without issue and a short drive to the ramps used on the river. Check in was smooth and we were walked through everything we needed to know. Would stay here again should events bring us back to the area.

Summary: The beds and living room were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed going down to the river/beach, which was just a few minutes away. Wonderful visit and we hope to stay here again!
